These are only a very few of the birds that are native to Costa Rica.  More than 500 species make their homes here.

White-ringed Fly Catcher, Tiger Heron, Tiger Heron (on roof), Boat Billed Heron, Crested Caracara (on jungle floor), Crested Caracara (in tree in back yard at Casa Loros) and a Baltimore Oriole (from front porch of Casa Loros).

Brown Pelican, Scarlet Macaw, two Scarlet Macaws and four Scarlet Macaws, a 'Toucan Sam' Toucan, taken from the front porch of Casa Loros, a pair of Red Legged Honey Creepers and four Red Legged Honey Creepers also taken from the front porch of Casa Loros (see if you can find all of them).
